Do you check companies? How can I be sure the counterparty is reliable?

Most frequently, the verification status is required to work on a public exchange when organizing transportation between unfamiliar or unknown companies. Most shipments on Roolz take place within the private exchange among trusted and familiar partners.

In addition, participants can work on the platform without verification for the following reasons:

1. Participant has not submitted a verification request;

2. Participant does not pass the verification criteria;

3. We cannot sufficiently verify a company or entrepreneur due to lack of necessary information about the company and lack of reliable sources of verification. This usually happens due to the specific country of registration of the company or entrepreneur.
