### Roolz has 5 plans, each one covers a different purpose:

1. **Free** *— for those who rarely carry out shipping and have few partners. Includes:*

* Unlimited publishing of freight and transport offers
* Unlimited freight and transport search
* View contacts and participate in bidding: 30 offers (company-wide)
* Free private offers: 10 (per user)
* Free partner groups: 2<br>

2. **Beginner** *— for entrepreneurs and companies with a small volume of transportation. Includes:*

* Viewing contacts and participating in bidding: 500 offers (per user)
* Viewing company and user contacts: 30 (per user)
* Free private offers: 30 (per user)
* Free partner groups: 5

General:

* Support speed: up to 3 days<br>

3. **Pro** *— for developing companies that need to streamline and speed up the organization of cargo transportation. Includes:*

* Viewing contacts and participating in bidding: unlimited
* Viewing company and user contacts: unlimited
* Viewing offers in company profiles
* Free private offers: 100 (per user)
* Free partner groups: 20

General:

* Delayed bidding start (temporary bidding windows)
* The first bid from a participant can be any
* Planned auction price
* Support speed: within 24 hours<br>

4. **Expert** *— for those who are actively working in contract logistics and spot market. Includes:*

* Full access to the private exchange
* Free private offers: 200 (per user)
* Free partner groups: 10,000

General

* Delayed bidding start (temporary bidding windows)
* The first bid from a participant can be any
* Planned auction price
* Support speed: within 4 hours<br>

5. **Enterprise** *— for companies that need to streamline, simplify and speed up the organization of transporting large volumes within departments. Includes:*

* Full access to the private exchange
* Free private offers: individual
* Free partner groups: individual
* Private offer price without a limit: individual

They don't. Viewing contacts and bidding on your private offers is free for your partners.

No, it doesn't. We recommend you to use all features of your plan in a timely manner so that unused limits are not burned off.

No, they can't. The plan is purchased for the company, within which the employees work.

<summary><strong>How are offer views on a public exchange counted?</strong></summary>

Offer views are free for everyone on a public exchange. You only pay for contact views. The number of available contact views is regulated by your plan: the higher the plan, the more the number of the possible contact views.

There are no refunds. If you have purchased a plan and have not used its limits you will not be refunded if you cancel your subscription.

Immediately after the payment, you will be able to view offers and contacts of users, the number per month depends on your plan.
