Offer creation and placement

     When creating an offer, pay attention from which party you are creating it. You can create an offer on behalf of an individual or a company.

To create an offer:

Step 1. Click “Create Offer” and choose what you want to offer on the Exchange - freight or vehicle

Step 2. Complete the information on freight/transportation, payment, cost and the route

Step 3. Save or place an offer using the following buttons:

• Publish immediately. The offer will be immediately published and available to all exchange members (the offer can be taken out of publication);
• Create. The offer will be saved, but will not be published;
• Save as a template. Saving as a template is available for both transport and cargo offers. You can create templates for a quicker details input and use them for new offers: when you create an offer, choose the template you need and all information from the template will be automatically filled in, after that you can edit any details (saved template cannot be edited). Each user creates templates for themselves - even if users are members of the same company, they cannot use each other's templates. There is a restriction on the creation of templates: each user can create no more than 50 templates of each type (transport and cargo) within one company.
