# Верификация компаний

### Проверяете ли вы компании? Как я могу быть уверен в надежности контрагента?

Чаще всего статус верификации нужен для работы на публичной бирже, когда организация перевозки происходит между незнакомыми или малознакомыми компаниями. Большая часть перевозок в Roolz происходит в рамках приватной биржи среди доверенных и знакомых партнеров.

Помимо этого, участники могут работать на платформе без верификации по следующим причинам:

1. Участник не подал запрос на верификацию;
2. Участник не удовлетворяет критериям верификации;

Мы не можем в достаточной мере проверить компанию или предпринимателя из-за отсутствия необходимой информации о компании и надежных источников проверки. Как правило, такое происходит из-за специфики страны регистрации компании или предпринимателя.

Roolz является открытой и свободной платформой, к которой могут присоединиться разные компании из многих стран. Вы сами выбираете, с кем и как хотите работать.
