# Private exchange: sending offers

### How to distinguish private exchange offers from public offers on freight and transport search page?

**Freight search page** is a single window where all available offers are displayed for you, including the private ones from your partners. Such offers have special indication of a black plate with the text "‎Private"‎. There is also a similar indication in the offer view in the upper left corner under the offer name.

If you are a shipper and only work with trusted partners, but are also looking for new ones, you can publish duplicates of your private offers on the public exchange. This is how "Partners selection"‎ feature works.

If you're a carrier, offers with "Partners selection" feature are a great way to get into customer's private exchange.

### What happens if I add new partners to my private exchange?

If you add new partners to your private exchange, they will not automatically gain access to previously posted offers. To ensure new partners can see these and all future offers, you must enable "Including future partners" option when creating them.

If the "Including future partners" feature is disabled, new offers will only be available to partners who had previously been the members of your private exchange.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.roolz.net/en/private-exchange-sending-offers.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
