Files in bids
To make working with offers more convenient and transparent, we've added a new feature: file attachments to bids.
Attaching files to bids: how it works and what benefits it offers to the users
Now participants of the biddings on the platform can:
Attach comprehensive price offers as files along with the bid;
Add documents and explanations to your offers;
Attach photos and videos of actual operations, such as loading or delivery methods;
Exchange additional information with the customer within the same bid.

Who can add files to bids?
Only the user responsible for the bid can add or delete the files.
Colleagues from the same company can view and download the files, but cannot edit them.
Files are only visible to:
The bidding company (the company that owns the bid);
The owner of the offer (the customer).
Other bidding participants do not have access to these files.
Important! Colleagues from the bidder's company cannot add or delete files in the bid, as they are not responsible for it.
The bidder can add to and remove files from the bids with the following statuses:
Created;
Accepted;
Confirmed;
Won.
Files can also be added during bid submission when the offer has "Published" status.
If the offer status is "Closed," file operations are not available.
Limits on the number and size of files
For convenience and stable operation of the system, the following limits have been established:
Up to 15 active files per bid;
Maximum file size: 35 MB;
Up to 30 files in total (including deleted files).
If there are already 15 active files in the bid, "Add file" button becomes inactive.
Supported file formats
You can upload files of the following types: CSV, TSV, XLSX, XLS, ODS, PDF, DOCX, DOC, ODT, RTF, TXT, PNG, JPG/JPEG, TIFF, HEIC, SVG, PPTX, PPT, MP4, MOV, ZIP, RAR.
Archiving, history of adding and deleting the files
If more than two files are attached to a bid, "Download archive (.zip)" button appears. This allows you to download all files in a single archive.
If there are more than six files, "N more files" button appears. The user responsible for the bid can see the full list of files.
For each file, the following information is displayed:
Date and time of addition;
Date and time of deletion (if the file was deleted).

The time is displayed in the local time zone of the user viewing the bid.
Important! If a file is deleted within 10 minutes of being added, the system will not display a deletion mark, i.e. it will appear as if the file had never been added.
Security and privacy
All files undergo security checks. If malware is detected during upload, the file will not be added and the user will see a notification: "Malware detected. Cannot be added."
Files are also completely isolated within the offer and are only accessible to:
the bidding company;
the customer.
Important! Files you attach to the bid are only visible to you, your company and the customer. Others will not be able to view or download them.
