# Разница между публичной и приватной биржей

**Публичная биржа** — это открытая площадка, которая помогает грузоотправителям и перевозчикам быстро и удобно найти друг друга для сотрудничества в сфере грузоперевозок. Как правило, на публичной бирже происходит организация спотовых перевозок, то есть размещение краткосрочных и разовых заявок без заключения долгосрочного контракта.

**Приватная биржа** — это ваша закрытая площадка для поиска транспорта, проведения торгов и организации перевозок среди ваших доверенных партнеров приватно, удобно и прозрачно для вас. Также приватная биржа позволяет системно и централизованно развивать и контролировать вашу базу подрядчиков и заказчиков в грузоперевозках. **Приватная биржа** посвящена сотрудничеству с постоянными и доверенными партнерами. Обычно используется для контрактной логистики.
